ABOUT THIS COURSE

This Virtual Plus version of our sold-out 3D Dentures Live Bootcamp brings comprehensive, hands-on training directly to your practice—without the need for travel. In just six weeks, you and your team will acquire the skills to master 3D-printed dentures, gaining the skills to fabricate immediate dentures, duplicate dentures, interim partials, and full-arch solutions using cutting-edge digital workflows.

Unlike traditional online courses, this workshop combines step-by-step video training, live support, and real-world hands-on projects. You’ll receive a Project Box with printed materials, allowing you to practice and submit cases for CE Credits.
COURSE OUTLINE:

Week 1: 3D Printing Fundamentals - Digital Impressions
     - Software Installation – Learn to use CAD/CAM design tools.
     - Scanning & Model Preparation – Best practices for digital impressions.

Week 2: Immediate Dentures
     - Design Immediate Dentures - Design and print post-extraction prosthetics.
     - Printing Immediate Dentures - Slicing softwares and best positioning for printing.
     - First Hands-On Project Submission – Submit your immediate denture design.

Week 3: Duplicate Dentures - Monolithic
     - Fabricating Same-Day Dentures – Scan and print an exact duplicate of an existing denture.
     - Polishing and Staining - What materials to use.
     - Hands-On Project Submission – Submit 

Week 4: Duplicate Dentures Base + Teeth
     - Duplicate Dentures Base + Teeth Dentures – Learn the workflow.
     - Post Processing – Learn how to put these dentures together.
     - Hands-On Project Submission – Submit your duplicate denture design.

Week 5: Interim Partials
     - Creating Flippers & Interim Partials - Provide cost-effective, transitional solutions.
     - Monolithic vs. Base + Teeth – Learn the benefits of each workflow.
     - Hands-On Project Submission – Submit your flipper/partial design. 

Week 6: Complete Dentures
     - Custom Trays & Bite Rims - Learn how to create your own custom trays and bite rims
     - Designing Full-Arch Dentures from Scratch - master edentulous workflows.
     - Final Hands-On Project Submission – Submit your complete denture design.

  • Master Digital Scanning & Design for Dentures – Learn to modify, and prepare intraoral and model scans for accurate denture fabrication.
  • ​Create Immediate Dentures with 3D Printing – Design and print same-day dentures for patients requiring extractions, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Fabricate Duplicate Dentures (Monolithic & Base + Teeth) – Gain expertise in creating fully monolithic dentures and two-piece designs with separate base and teeth for enhanced esthetics and customization.
  • ​Design & Print Interim Partials & Flippers – Understand how to produce affordable, high-quality, transitional prosthetics for patients needing short-term solutions before definitive restorations.
  • ​Fabricate Full-Arch Dentures for Edentulous Patients – Learn the step-by-step workflow to scan, design, print, and finish full dentures from scratch for edentulous patients.
  • ​Reduce Lab Costs & Increase Profitability – Develop strategies to bring denture fabrication in-house, eliminating outsourcing fees while improving efficiency and patient turnaround times.
  • Implement a Seamless 3D Denture Workflow in Your Practice - Build a structured in-office system that allows your team to efficiently scan, design, print, and deliver 3D-printed dentures without disrupting daily operations.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund.
 
Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not be refunded; however, the registration fee will be credited toward a future event. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to lupita@3dpa.org
